Picking, Packing, and Shipping!

Hi everyone,
It's been great to hear how many of you have been using your Quest Journals digital rewards since they were sent out. Let me know in the comments which character sheets you've been using the most!
When are physical rewards being shipped?
Your rewards are being picked and packed as we speak. There are over a thousand packages leaving our warehouse, so we're getting everything out on a rolling basis. Simpler orders like a single Quest Notebook, or Quest Binder with one Insert Pack, will begin shipping first. More bespoke orders will follow on shortly after that.
With the range of rewards on offer, the packing process will take a bit of time, but we expect to have absolutely everything shipped from our warehouse within the next 2 weeks.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yep! Your tracking information will be sent to the email address you used to back this project, and will also be uploaded to your BackerKit portal over the next week or so. To view the details on BackerKit, please follow these steps:
Step 1) Log into your backer account on backerkit.com
Step 2) Click on your Quest Journals pledge. This project may appear in your 'Past Projects' tab at the top of the screen.
Step 3) In the 'Track Your Package' and 'Shipping Info' sections, you will be able to see your tracking number and your shipping address.
Tracking information gets uploaded in batches as orders are queued for packing, so it may not appear straight away. If you haven't had a tracking number uploaded to your BackerKit portal by the 16th February, drop us an email.
When will my rewards arrive?
From the date your package leaves our warehouse, you can expect delivery within the windows below. Some global postal systems are currently experiencing backlogs, so these times may vary.
United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
EU/United States: 7-10 working days
Rest of World: 10-21 working days
Second Wave: Fulfilment of late pledges, backers whose pledge managers were completed after the Lock Addresses date, and backers who updated their address after the Lock Addresses date will begin once all other pledge rewards have been shipped. The above delivery windows will also apply.
Raising Issues: Any issues with postage, including missing deliveries, must be reported to us within 21 days of the shipping date. Unfortunately, if you report an issue after this date, our fulfilment partner will be unable to make a claim and you'll need to pay for additional shipping and replacement rewards.

We have an exciting update to share regarding physical fulfilment and our shipping timelines for your Quest Journals.
Shipping timelines
We're pleased to announce that the final batch of your rewards will be arriving in our warehouse mid next week, ready for the next stage of fulfilment – sorting and shipping. We are working closely with our distribution partners to make sure we have everything in place, not long now!
When all the spreadsheets and shipping labels are in order, we expect shipments to begin leaving the warehouse on Tuesday 30th January.
Here's a sneak peek of the packaging your rewards will be shipped in – look out for that Roll & Play Press packing tape in your mailboxes!
Due to the number of parcels to be packed and posted, rewards will be shipped on a rolling basis. The first shipments will likely be single-product orders (e.g. a single Quest Notebook with no add-ons). These will also be grouped by region (UK, US, ROW). We will keep backers updated with plans and progress once the first shipments are sent.
What's next?
We'll be in touch again soon, when shipping begins. We'll also share more detail on tracking information, estimated delivery times and other postage queries.

You can download your rewards by email, or by using our website. Both are equally quick and easy.
Downloading Your Rewards (by Email)
Your digital downloads were sent to you in an email from Roll & Play Press via SendGrid. All you need to do is click on the item you would like to view, and the download will start straight away. The email will look like this:

Your rewards are also accessible through your rollandplaypress.com account. Head to our website and click on the My Account icon (it's the one shaped like a person). Log in, then click on the order you would like to download items from. Inside the order, click on any of the links, and your files will begin downloading.
If you don't have an account on our website, sign up using the email address you used to back this Kickstarter campaign, then follow the steps above. Your digital downloads will be associated with your new account.
Any Issues?
If you don't receive your digital downloads email by the end of the day tomorrow (29th November 2023 23:59 BST), or if you have any issues downloading your rewards, please send us a Kickstarter message or get in touch at [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Digital Formatting
There are seven types of Digital Sheets that we are fulfilling today (as well as other Roll & Play Press PDF products that were ordered in the pledge manager) – system neutral Game Master and Map Template packs, D&D 5E Player pack, Pathfinder 2E Player pack, Call of Cthulhu 7E Player pack, Savage Worlds Adventure Ed Player pack, and Vampire the Masquerade 5E Player pack.
Each Digital Sheet pack comes in both blank and form-fillable formats, created to A4 size (210 x 297 mm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches).

Production and Manufacturing Challenges

Hi everyone,
We have come up against some unexpected production and manufacturing challenges, and I wanted to update you all.
Last week, we heard from our manufacturer that there was a significant printing error on the covers of all the Quest Binders, which was discovered at the factory while the products were being packed up for shipping to our UK warehouse. There was a delay in the manufacturer reporting the error and, during that delay, they didn’t put the remainder of the products (which are all complete) onto the scheduled boat.
Unfortunately, given the time the manufacturer needs to remake the binders and the reduced timetable for boats over the November and December period, the start of physical fulfilment will have to be pushed back by 4–5 weeks.
We were devastated to get this news, and it came as a complete surprise to us, especially as all the samples and advances were printed perfectly. This manufacturer has been brilliant up to this point, and their production quality has been fantastic. It’s unfortunate that an error like this has happened at this stage, but we’re keen to keep moving forward and get these stunning products out to you all as soon as possible.
How will this impact fulfilment dates?
The manufacturer has agreed to fund the additional cost of an expedited shipment of Quest Notebooks. Taking into account the holiday period, this means we will start shipping out pledges for single notebooks at the start of January. Orders that include Quest Binders and any other add-ons are due to then start leaving our warehouse in mid-to-late January. We will of course keep you updated once we have exact dates.
For everyone who pledged for digital items, I have a confirmed fulfilment date for you. These will land in your inbox on Tuesday 28th November, and we’re excited to hear what you think of them.

Hi all,
Work on your Quest Journal rewards has been with our manufacturing partners this month, and I'm here to keep you up-to-date about our expected fulfilment timeline. There are some videos down below of your rewards, so keep scrolling, and let me know what you think in the comments! We are super excited to see everything come together.
Digital Fulfilment
I mentioned before that we would be using a new digital fulfilment process for this project. Well, I'm happy to announce that the new system is officially in place! We recently used the new process to supply 3000+ backers of our One-Shot Wonders campaign with files, and everything went very smoothly... too smoothly in fact, as we were all waiting by our email inboxes for queries and questions that never arrived! It was a nice problem to have, and encouraged us that our new fulfilment process works well.
I'll share another update with more details when digital fulfilment begins. This is expected to be on or around the 20th November.
Physical Production
Earlier this month, we received samples of the Quest Notebooks in their custom packaging. They are AWESOME. The Quest Notebooks are sturdy, and they have a great amount of pages in them. The hardback covers and steel binding hold them together really well. They are also really user-friendly, with the pages you would need in the places where they're most handy.
The D&D Quest Notebook is a must for the next time I play, I just need to convince Pasha to let me take one of the samples home.
We also received videos from our manufacturing partners, showing off the Quest Binder and Insert Packs.
I will be able to share more information on this soon, however, we are on track to begin shipping at the end of November. There are many bespoke orders, so fulfilment will be done in batches, with the simpler orders (e.g. one Quest Notebook) shipped first.
